Rachel Sullivan brought skill, focus and determination to the WorldSkills stage. Competing in Mens Hairdressing, Rachel demonstrated technical ability while working under pressure and within strict time limits. Rachel proudly represented the Tasmania region. That preparation and commitment earned the following results: Medallion for Excellence.
