Mary's Story
Mary George brought skill, focus and determination to the WorldSkills stage. Competing in Patisserie & Confectionery, Mary demonstrated technical ability while working under pressure and within strict time limits. Mary proudly represented the Sydney region. Mary developed valuable industry skills through training at Le Cordon Bleu. Competition preparation took place at Le Cordon Bleu.
