Craig describes himself as %22calm and quiet with a strong desire to achieve%22. It is this desire to achieve that kept Craig focused during his training and full time work in the lead up to Helsinki. This desire continued through to the competition where Craig was awarded the Bronze medal, becoming one of the world%27s most skilled, in the Restaurant Service industry. Craig attributes his success to his own personal desire and the commitment and dedication that he receives from his family, his TAFE teachers, his trainers and his employer Star City Casino. Craig is now looking toward the future. After completing his studies with Ryde TAFE, Craig hopes to travel to Europe to continue learning about his two passions in life food and wine. Craig%27s advice to other young Australians considering a trade based career, %22Give it a go, and not only is it satisfying you just never know where it will take you.%22 Craig is an excellent example of where hard work and deftermination can take you. Craig is an exceptional ambassador for his trade, his family, his employer, his TAFE and his country.
