Commercial Cooks use a wide range of well-developed cookery skills and sound knowledge of kitchen operations to prepare food and menu items.
The VETiS Commercial Cookery Competition is designed to provide Competitors with the opportunity to present their own contemporary interpretations and individual artistic flair whilst using a defined range of food preparation and cookery skills.
YOU SHOULD PURSUE A CAREER IN COMMERCIAL COOKERY IF YOU:
