Australia’s Premier Skills Competition

The WorldSkills Australia National Championships & Skills Show is the country’s largest vocational education and excellence competition. Over three days, top competitors selected from regional events across the nation come together to showcase their skills, benchmark against their peers, and celebrate industry excellence on a national stage.

The Championships operate on a two-year cycle, taking place in the years between Regional and International competitions. In 2027, the National Championships will be hosted in Adelaide, South Australia.

Representing my state at the National Championships was incredible! The feeling of competing amongst so many talented and passionate people was electric!

I wouldn’t be half the tradie that I am without WorldSkills Australia and their ongoing support for women in trades and skills. They create a platform to showcase excellence at a regional, national and international level and I was fortunate to experience all three.

WorldSkills has inspired me to dream bigger and make bolder personal goals. It’s also opened a lot of doors and created exciting professional opportunities as well as making me organised.
